LEAP! Brain Health Boot Camp is an online program to encourage healthy lifestyle habits for Alzheimer’s prevention. Created by experts at the KU Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center, it includes six modules with evidence-based strategies for improving & protecting brain health.

The next round of Brain Health Boot Camp begins on July 9th and will run through August 13th.

Live Zoom classes are every Wednesday at 10 am.

Class recordings are available to those who register, so you’ll be able to catch up on the session or sessions that you missed.
